Each PAPIK piece is prepared individually in our atelier to ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for preparation before shipment.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 14–20 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location and carrier processing times.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in their original condition
- returned with all original packaging and labels
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
